Returning items for refund

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) back to us. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, complete with all tags & labels. If this is adhered to, we will issue a refund for your item(s) upon receipt. Refund processing times may vary, so please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

Returning items for an exchange

Exchange for clothing items are only acceptable if the items are unworn and the tags are all attached to the items. If the value of goods exchanged are less than the original purchase value an store credit note shall be issued which shall last for no longer than 1 year. Customers must fill in then customer returns form for this process.

Returning faulty items

If you wish to return faulty items please contact our store explaining the fault with the item, your name and your order date. Please state if you require a repair, exchange or refund. Please note refunds can only be issued once the manufacturer/supplier has verified the fault. Please allow 2 weeks for suspected faulty items to be assessed as the item may require testing in the event of dispute

If you receive an incorrect item

If you have received an incorrect item then please contact our store to arrange an exchange for correct goods. Please note that, until we are in receipt of your items, they are your responsibility.

Product condition upon return

Please do not remove any tags or labels when trying on any items of clothing. Please make sure that you are not wearing any make-up which could mark or damage any items of clothing. Please also make sure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on any items of clothing. Footwear should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product, Please note that we will be unable to accept any items back to us for a refund or exchange where these instructions have not been followed. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Postage cost for returned items

All additional postage costs must be met by the customer and previous charges will not be not be refunded unless the customer has been sent an incorrect item. Alternately you can return any item to our store for free by visiting us and in most cases have your return sorted there and then.

All refunds shall be given at the earliest point of request. As payments and refunds are issued through external sources the times of the refund reaching the recipients account can and will vary. PAYPAL REFUNDS All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected. If the card was canceled or you paid with a prepaid card, contact the card issuer to access your refund. The money will still be sent to this card account. Bank account: your refund will initially go back to the PayPal balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). It may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to appear on your bank account. If a refund is issued shortly after you paid, well try to cancel the transaction so youre never charged. If were unable to cancel the transaction, the refund will be processed and sent to your bank account. PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance: your refund will go to your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance on the same day the refund was processed. PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance + credit card: your refund will go to both your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus balance and credit card. The refund to the balance will happen the same day its processed; the refund to the card may take up to 30 days. Debit card: your refund will go to your debit card. It may take up to 30 days for the refund amount to appear on your card statement. If the refund cant be applied to your debit card, itll be sent to your PayPal account. SQUARE REFUNDS All refunds will be sent back to the payment method of your original payment. Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected. Square Refund Timeline It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with Square. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer’s card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer’s account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for your customer to receive their refund.
